What’s your current side hustle?

I am working with other women at The Marketing Store to form groups that empower employees and create safe spaces for conversation and change.

After all that has happened this year with the Black Lives Matter movement, I realized I could use my influence to help my Black female peers. I created Empower, a dedicated community for Black women at the agency. Ultimately, my goal is to make sure we create real change, and this is a first step.

The other group is called Creative+, which is built for female Creatives at The Marketing Store. My vision is that all creative women at the agency can reach their full potential. I don’t want to be the only woman with my title. I want to be surrounded by more good company at my level!
