SOLUTION:
Through a combination of beloved traditional mechanics like peelable game pieces on popular food items to drive customer engagement and restaurant visits, and cutting-edge upgrades to our digital experience to drive social conversation, we created a MONOPOLY® program that was nostalgic and innovative.
RESULTS:
The Coast to Coast MONOPOLY® game continues to drive an increase in sales and guest counts at McDonald’s year after year.
Our 2019 digital tracker drove record numbers in re-engagement, bringing in 1.5M visitors (67% YoY) with a total of 7.7M codes entered (53$ YoY).
